We all know that music heals… but how else can we harness the power of music—this time to raise funds desperately needed for coronavirus relief?

Ben&Ben, a popular nine-piece local collective, performed their biggest hits in Puhon: A Ben&Ben FB Live Event for COVID-19 Efforts. “Puhon” is a Bisaya word that loosely translates to “hopeful” or “God-willing”.

As a popular local band, Ben&Ben has used their music to soothe broken hearts, heal broken souls, and soothe broken minds. They’ve topped charts and dominated our streaming channels with hits like “Leaves”, “Pagtingin”, and “Sa Susunod na Habang Buhay”, amongst many.

But the band didn’t stop there. They used their voice—and their music—to help raise more than P4,000,000 for the coronavirus efforts. All funds raised via The Spark Project would go to support the provisioning of COVID-19 Testing Kits, as well as much-needed support for our frontliners.

Even if Ben&Ben already has a huge community, it did not stop them from creating their The Spark Project campaign. This has enabled them to mobilize their community to pitch in and contribute to a bigger project.

Our community is proud to be a part of a movement that continuously combats this deadly virus through innovative, impactful means.

How can you use your influence to create intentional impact and positive change in a time of crisis?

Do you have a burning mission within you that you want to execute and share with the nation?

If yes, then it’s time to spark that project!
