What is the ISLA Fellowship and why should you join?
The ISLA (Initiatives for Sustainable Local Action) Fellowship is a capacity-building program that empowers social enterprise (SE) leaders in Quezon City, Odiongan (Romblon), and BARMM, Philippines.
Rooted in the values of inclusive leadership and community-driven growth, the program equips changemakers with the tools, knowledge, and networks to grow their impact. Selected participants, known as ISLA Impact Fellows, are founders and leaders of early-stage social enterprises. As Fellows, they join a vibrant peer community committed to shared learning and collaboration across regions. The fellowship offers a structured journey that includes online learning, in-person bootcamps, ongoing mentorship, and crowdfunding support, tailored to strengthen their ventures and help them thrive.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY
For entrepreneurs developing solutions in waste, agriculture, packaging, or sustainable design who want to collaborate with partners to address environmental challenges.

CROWDFUNDING

OPEN PROJECT
For founders with active initiatives who prefer a flexible, self-directed approach to test new ideas, pilot services, and expand their impact through real-time project development and peer collaboration.

We’re looking for impact-driven entrepreneurs based in Quezon City who meet the following criteria:
• At least 18 years old, with a venture that has been operating for at least one year.
• The enterprise must be registered in Quezon City and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) whether through social, environmental, or community impact.
• Purpose-driven leaders ready to explore inner growth and build emotional resilience.
• Actively working on a project or venture that aligns with one of our program tracks: Crowdfunding, Circular Economy, or Open Project.
• Committed to implementation, with a project idea that can take shape during the program timeline.
• Focused on creating a positive impact in their community or industry.
• Open to collaboration, mentorship, and being part of a values-driven community.
